Can I wear your extensions every day?
Of course! Dresslikevirgins products can be worn every day. You can put them on and take them off as you please.
Can you dye your hair?
Since it is synthetic hair, Dresslikevirgins hair unfortunately cannot be dyed.
Where does hair come from?
We work with a large network of suppliers and carefully select the hair quality.
Shipment
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping within Germany is free. Additional shipping costs apply for international shipping. You can find a list of shipping costs here.
How do I track my order?
Yeah! Your Dresslikevirgins package is on its way! As soon as your Dresslikevirgins product is ready to ship and has been packaged for you, you'll receive a tracking number from us via email.

How secure is the payment?
All the rhetoric aside, your privacy and security are our top priority. We use Shopify Payments, a highly secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and hold merchants accountable.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay using the following payment options: Sofortüberweisung, Klarna Sofortüberweisung and Klarna installment payment, partial payment (bank deposit), Paypal, credit card and SEPA mandate (direct debit).
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! We work with Klarna. You can pay off the amount of your Dresslikevirgins product of choice individually over 24 months. The higher your down payment, the lower your monthly payment.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you have a right of return?
Returns are not possible due to the custom color and customization, as well as for hygiene reasons. Each Dresslikevirgins product is individually made, and the right of withdrawal is legally excluded.
Do I have to pay for returns?
Under valid circumstances, you won't have to pay anything to return the item for adjustment. Our support team will provide you with a return label.
